This position is for our full-service restaurant and bar located on the wonderful Rock Lititz Campus inside the Rock Lititz Hotel! Come join our experienced, fun team in a fast-paced environment! Make tips on room service and takeout as well! Join out team today!

Full-time 25-35 hours per week)

Part-time 15-25 hours per week)

Rate : $12 / hr plus tips from Room Service / takeout

Hours : SUN-THUR 4 : 00-9 : 00 PM

FRI-SAT 4 : 00-10 : 00 PM

SUN 9 : 00 AM-2 : 00 PM

  • Approx. 2-4 shifts per week, shifts will vary based on need and Hotel occupancy

Responsibilities include :

  • Greeting Customers upon entry (& exit) and providing them with accurate wait times
  • Managing the flow of Guests and maintaining an up-to-date seating chart through Open Table GuestCenter
  • Escorting Guests to their table while correctly rotating servers
  • Assisting the waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables
  • Answering the phone and providing the appropriate service (ie. Reservations, To-go, or Room Service)
  • Taking, processing, and delivering Room Service orders

    • Requirements :

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Clear and Professional Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of Age
  • Must have some type of Weekend Availability
