This position has remote capabilities for those that live in or around the Topeka area.
Tired of providing more case management services than therapy? If you are wanting to use and grow your clinical skills, plus learn new ones, this job is for you! We provide CEU’s and training, including PCIT training and certification, so come ready to learn and grow! We also offer clinical supervision to help you meet your Clinical Licensure requirements.

We have remote and office based work sites, company cars, mileage reimbursement, and technology ready for you.
Do you love working with kids? We do! Grow Nurturing Families provides PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) to families with kids ages 2-7. PCIT Training, Certification, and all the toys you could ever need is included in this awesome opportunity! PCIT is an evidenced based model that uses play therapy to emphasize praise and positive interactions, as well as quality time between caregivers and children.
As a Therapist within Grow Nurturing Families, everyday is different! Therapists work in a dyad with a Support Worker who is responsible for case management services for the families, so you can focus on clinical interventions every day. Therapists are provided families to work with, engage, and schedule your own weekly therapy appointments with each family. Therapists also participate in case staffings, clinical supervisions, completing documentation, and accessibility to many CEU’s.
