Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Commission on top of salary
Duties:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels: outbound calling warm leads, follow up on inbound leads, company campaigns.
Pipleline: Grow your pipeline through our proprietary lead generation system. Manage your pipeline daily to generate sales.
Property Valuation: Evaluate properties using comparable comps, due diligence on conditions, zoning, and other factors.
Negotiation: Negotiate with property owners to secure deals at favorable terms.
Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts for wholesale transactions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and agents.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property management, sales, real estate law, and administrative processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools
