What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Barback position at THAT Brewery & Pub?
THAT Brewery & Pub in Pine, AZ is looking for a part-time barback to join our great THAT team.
Friday day or night, Saturday day or night, Sunday and Monday Day or night on Holiday weekends and Tuesday nights.
Can be a Fulltime position if interested in other support staff options (host, bus/expo, prep, etc).
We are located at 3270 N. Hwy 87 in Pine Az.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, a team player and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Pouring drinks - beer & wine
- Filling Growlers
- Washing glassware & growlers
- Helping customers select food/drinks
- Sales
- Ability to describe our locally brewed beers & house made food items
- Cleaning
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Doing side work
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Experience as a Server, Bartender or Barback a plus
- Weekends
- Friendly & patient
