Process Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Education: B.S. in Chemical Engineering, BME, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar.
• 2 years of professional experience
• Process Design & Scaling: Performing unit operation calculations and assessing equipment fit (reactors, filters, etc.) for conceptual designs.
• Production Support: Providing on-the-floor observation during campaigns and troubleshooting complex operational issues.
• Technical Knowledge: Mastery of core engineering principles (thermodynamics, kinetics, and heat/mass transfer).
• Compliance & Safety: Participating in safety reviews, conducting quality investigations (CAPA), and managing process risks.
• Documentation: Drafting essential technical documents, including Batch Records, PFDs, SOPs, and Validation Protocols.
