Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Video Content Specialist to join our award-winning real estate team. This part-time role will be responsible for creating and filming high-quality video content, managing our social media presence, and helping drive engagement across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Film and edit dynamic videos for listings, open houses, client testimonials, and market updates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments to enhance our online presence.
- Social Media Management:
- Monitor and manage daily activity on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Experience in creating engaging video content
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required.
