Night Janitor - Allred Bites Bar

Schedule: Sunday and Monday 9pm - 3am

Overview
While working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation, the janitor will ensure the restaurant and kitchen are clean and sanitzed.

Job Duties

· Maintain a clean and safe work area, including mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant, and emptying trash cans and recycling bins

· Maintain cleaning inventory, communicating inventory needs to manager as necessary

· Maintain outdoor grounds

· Remove debris from guest areas

· Disinfect commonly used items like desks, tables, door handles, phones, etc.

· Cleans trash receptacles

· Maintains reliable, predictable, and punctual attendance

· Respectfully accepts direction from managers

· Other duties as assigned
