What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Maintenance Person position at The Anderson Nursing and Rehabilitation?
Full Time hours
Must be able to troubleshoot issues and handle many areas of maintenance (electrical, plumbing, dry wall, interior painting, tile work, roofing, siding , landscaping etc)
Will be required to perform preventive maintenance as well as regularly scheduled tasks to ensure life safety code compliance
When other levels of experts for job is required, will need this position to over see the project , to ensure the hired contractors or company are performing per contract specifications and not taking short cuts on the work.
Need a multiple skilled individual, that likes hands on working and is organized to maintain facility
Facility is a nursing home
Need to be in reasonable distance to the Anderson twp. Ohio area. Have your own reliable transportation.
Honest, hard working, reliable and easy to interface with. Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to provide quality workmanship.

Summary
As a Full Time Maintenance Person, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. - Day shift
- Evenings as needed
