Your Role: As an AJ Bridal Stylist Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things bridal and beyond. From helping brides find their dream gowns to selecting the perfect tux for grooms, you’ll be the friendly face that guides customers through their journey with us. Your role is all about creating a fun, positive, and welcoming environment where every customer feels special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome and assist customers, whether on the sales floor or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and heard from the moment they step in.
- Style Expertise: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and guide them through the selection process, helping them discover the perfect bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride outfits, flower girl dresses, menswear, accessories, and more.
- Lead Generation: Follow up with brides who have shopped but not yet purchased, turning opportunities into successes.
- Fitting & Measurements: Accurately measure customers and assist during fittings to guarantee the perfect fit, ensuring total satisfaction.
- Appointment Management: Create, maintain, and confirm appointments, staying prepared to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Merchandise Assistance: Recommend, locate, and assist customers with the selection and ordering of their desired merchandise.
- Customer Relations: Answer inquiries, assist with the ordering process, and provide detailed explanations of contracts and store policies.
- Upselling Opportunities: Proactively promote additional products, accessories, and services to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Transaction Handling: Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate sales records in the point-of-sale system
- Follow-Up: Keep in touch with customers, write thank you cards, and communicate with their wedding parties as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow consultants and assist with other duties as assigned by the manager or owner.
Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service skills and persuasive communication abilities.
- A sharp eye for fashion coordination with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of bridal, menswear, social occasion dresses, and accessories.
- Availability to work during weekdays and most weekends.
