The Animal Cardiology Center is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our practice in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. Requirements:
- 2 years' experience as a Veterinary Assistant
- Confident handling and restraint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly communicate with clients as well as team members
- The ability to adapt while maintaining a positive attitude
- Highly evolved organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
- The ability to work independently, responsibly, and ethically
- A resourceful nature and creative problem-solving skills
- An openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
- A commitment to the welfare of animals
