Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
This position supports The Appliance Guys of St. Louis in our main headquarters in Eureka MO.
The successful candidate will answer customer inquiries (both internal and external), schedule service appointments, and assist Customer Care management as needed. We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer service and make meaningful contributions for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Enter and update customer information in company database
Import assignments into scheduling software
When needed answer incoming customer inquiries from all lines of business communication and make outbound calls.
Work to improve systems and processes to make the main office more effective and efficient
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers
Coordinates the efforts of the service teams.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and in person
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
Attention to detail
Desire to work as part of a team and provide back-up when required for team members.
Preferred previous customer service experience
Quickbook online book keeping experience preferred
