What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Supervisor position at The Arc Nature Coast?
The Group Home Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all things related to the supervision, health, safety, and nurturing environment of the residents and their home. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, staff supervision, record keeping, coordinating the health and safety of both home and residents, ordering medications, and ensuring regulatory compliance needs are met.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- A valid driver license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
- You must be reliable and self-motivated
