What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Associate position at The Arc Nature Coast?
The Arc Nature Coast has positions available at our group homes in Brooksville, Spring Hill and Zephyrhills. Day and evening schedules are available for full or part time associates. The Residential Associate provides daily direct care support services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a small home-like residential setting. This includes, but is not limited to, training & coaching in socialization, personal hygiene, homemaking, and daily living skills. The Arc Nature Coast is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements Include:
- 1 year experience working with individuals with I/DD or a related field of nursing / education / social / behavioral / rehabilitative services
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean Driving Record and Valid Florida driver's license
