The Administrative Assistant will perform various clerical tasks as directed by management such as distribute, file and manage forms to be updated, answer phones, monitor databases, write letters/emails, process paperwork. Data entry of billing information. Create edit and report from Microsoft Office Excel and Access. Word processing and general document preparation.
