What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at The Arc of Central Alabama?
The Arc of Central Alabama is looking for full-time RBTs! If you don't have a license but are working towards it, please apply anyway. What You'll Do:
- RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who is responsible for all work an RBT performs.
- Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
What You'll Need:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have completed high school-level education or equivalent.
- RBT Certification
*Pay rate is based on each Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT's) amount of EXPERIENCE & Level of Education*
