What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Manager position at The Arc of Monmouth?
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Provide overall management of the Residential Group Home while creating a safe and congenial
atmosphere for all residents.
*Teach skills and guide the every day personal and social development of each individual.
*Orient and train new staff in the performance of their duties.
*Complete proper documentation
*Write service plans and conduct monthly case reviews
*Support residents to promote their maximum independence
Requirements:
*BA in human services or experience in the field
*Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
*Knowledge in counseling and behavior modification
*Valid NJ driver's license and acceptable driving record
Job Type: Full-time
