What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-ETS Manager FT position at The Arc of Monroe?
Coordinates/facilitates ACCES-VR funded Pre-Employment Transition Services including but not limited to: career/job exploration services, work based learning experiences and paid internships, post-secondary education counseling, self-advocacy and work readiness classes for youth & adults with various disabilities. In addition, ensures program compliance, fiscal responsibility and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field is required. Plus 2 years’ experience providing employment related and/or vocational assessment services for people with disabilities.
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
