We have 24/7 operations, and we are searching for motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable people who want to work as part of a goal- and success-oriented team. There is opportunity for advancement, paid on the job training and assistance in obtaining all required certifications required in this line of work.

We support adult men and women living in their own homes with the freedom to work, socialize, and recreate as they wish. Supported individuals in our program enjoy the best life has to offer AND more importantly professional staff (YOU!)who are fully qualified to support their needs.
We are currently looking to fill part-time and full-time Swing shifts (2-10 PM)and NOC (10 PM-6 AM) flexibility is key, a weekend day is required.
Locations: South Hill (both lower and upper),Garland/Division, NorthTown Mall area
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass required fingerprint background checks.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to attend and complete all required trainings within assigned timeline.
- All pay is based on longevity at The Arc of Spokane; thus, the starting pay for this position is $20.75 per hour.
A structured hiring bonus is offered to new staff as follows:
- $250.00 the pay date after 30 days of successful employment
- $500.00 the pay date after 90 days of successful employment
- $1000.00 the pay date after 120 days of successful employment and the completion of all required trainings
