This unique, full-time role provides 1:1 behavioral support to a gentleman with developmental disabilities—helping him build skills, access his community, and live with dignity and purpose.

Position Highlights:

• ✅ One full-time opening only—don’t miss out!

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Community-based support with an emphasis on engagement

• The person supported enjoys being driven around frequently for outings and activities—this role involves regular driving to support his preferences

• Collaborate with nursing, behavioral, and CDS team members

• Implement daily routines and behavior support plans

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living support

• Must be able to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license 2 years of driving experience required

• Mandt training or similar behavior support training preferred

What You Need to Apply:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to document accurately and advocate professionally
