Position Overview Are you technologically savvy and enjoy new projects? Do you enjoy helping and supporting staff while providing a fantastic customer service experience? Do you want to be part of a great team? Answering yes? Our PC Technician job may be a perfect fit for you! As the PC tech you would provide computer and software support to The Arc Ontario staff. You would work closely with systems staff to provide development of WANs, LANs, and ongoing solutions to support the Information needs of The Arc Ontario. Work Location: Canandaigua Schedule: Full time M-F 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and maintains computer and peripheral equipment at the central office and off site locations
- Monitors and responds to internal help desk systems to maintain a high level of customer service to staff and individuals

Requirements
- Associates Degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience providing hardware and software support to small-to-medium sized companies.
- Staff training a plus
- Will be required to obtain experience in current Windows desktop operating system, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Exchange and other similar applications.
- Experience with Microsoft server and VMWare virtualization environments a plus.
Salary : $16 - $18
