What are the responsibilities and job description for the FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE position at THE ARENA CLUB?
IMMEDIATE NEED for Front Desk Staff. Responsible for greeting all members and guests, checking in members, answering and directing all incoming phone calls to the club, providing accurate information regarding all areas of club operations, handling program registration and information, monitor club policies and procedures and deliver exceptional customer service.
Status: Part-Time. 15 - 20 hours per week.
Must be available: Must be available for closing shifts. Two to three shifts on weekdays. Some weekends.
