Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients within scope of practice and perform functions in accordance with current accepted practice, licensure, certification, credentialing, and privileges.
• Perform radiologic images of head, trunk, and extremities for routine physical examinations and diagnosis of illness or injuries.
• Evaluate x-ray films to ensure they are artifact-free, correctly developed, and represent the best possible image.
• Log and document all x-rays performed, file reports and jackets, and maintain quality control systems on x-ray machines and processors.
