Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to patients within scope of practice and perform functions in accordance with current accepted practice, licensure, certification, credentialing, and privileges.
Perform radiologic images of head, trunk, and extremities for routine physical examinations and diagnosis of illness or injuries.
Evaluate x-ray films to ensure they are artifact-free, correctly developed, and represent the best possible image.
Log and document all x-rays performed, file reports and jackets, and maintain quality control systems on x-ray machines and processors.
