Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Dessert Preparation :

Prepare a variety of desserts, including cakes, pastries, and ice cream, following established recipes and presentation standards.

Ensure that all desserts are fresh and visually appealing, with attention to taste, texture, and appearance.

Assist in the development of new dessert menu items, including seasonal offerings.

Baking and Finishing :

Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and blenders to bake desserts.

Plate and garnish desserts in an attractive manner before serving to guests.

Inventory and Supplies :

Monitor and manage dessert ingredients and supplies, ensuring they are fresh and in stock.

Report any shortages or equipment issues to the kitchen manager.

Cleanliness and Organization :

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen.

Qualifications :
