What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Team Lead position at The Azoff Music Company LLC?
Provide leadership and guidance for a desktop support team of 4 support techs.
Be a troubleshooting escalation resource for the other 3 support techs.
Provides technical support and training to PC and Mac users to address and resolve hardware, software and other computer related issues.
Assists users in solving problems using available hardware and software tools
Deploys, supports, and maintains computers, operating systems, software, and related IT sanctioned peripherals
Helps maintain proper inventory and tracking of computer assets
Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment
Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources
May perform system administration tasks as appropriate to assist users or resolve issues (i.e. password resets, mailbox sharing, etc.)
Performs basic setup and support for audio and video conference needs
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting end users in a business environment consisting of both Macs and PCs
Highly Proficient in Windows and MacOS
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 apps
Experience providing support to high level Executives
Ability to provide excellent customer service, with attention to detail and a persistence to solve problems in a timely and professional manner
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
Possess strong organizational skills
Strong ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community
Ability to think analytically and solve problems; conduct analysis of alternatives, make recommendations, and issue resolutions
Ability to identify, escalate and communicate complex IT issues that may impact beyond desktop realm
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of the organization, from entry level to executive leadership
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
