Customer Service / Dispatch SpecialistLocation: Farmingdale, NYSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMKey Responsibilities:· Coordinate and track appliance part orders from placement through delivery· Expedite parts and follow up on estimated delivery times (ETAs)· Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding part availability· Dispatch and route service technicians efficiently within assigned territories· Manage daily technician schedules, service calls, and call-outs· Accept and process customer credit card payments (COD)· Send payment reminders and make collection calls as needed· Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and Slack messages· Update service tickets and maintain accurate records· Provide professional, customer-focused support and resolve service issues· Handle a high volume of calls while multitasking in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent required· Customer service or office support experience required· Strong organizational and multitasking skills· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities· Proficient with basic computer systems and internal databases· Dependable, reliable, and customer-focusedCompany DescriptionThe Bachrach Group (TBG) is a New York-based staffing and recruiting agency founded in 1974 by Richard Bachrach.
