Part Time Landscape Maintenance/Gardener

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Professional Gardener to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on the health, appearance, and upkeep of landscape beds across a range of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance of landscape beds, including weeding, pruning, and debris removal
• Deadhead perennials and monitor plant health throughout the seasons
• Apply insect and pest control treatments as needed
• Install and maintain seasonal annual flower displays
• Assist with general plant care, including light pruning, soil improvement, and mulching
• Observe and report any signs of disease, irrigation issues, or landscape concerns
• Ensure properties are maintained to a professional and polished standard

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in horticulture, landscape maintenance, or professional gardening is a MUST!
• Strong knowledge of common perennials, annuals, and landscape pests
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physically able to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with a passion for plants and outdoor spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Compensation:

• 20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on seasonal demand
