Requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement and build a sense of community.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
- Manage leasing activities, including advertising vacancies, conducting tours, and processing rental applications.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management for assigned properties.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field preferred. but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a multifamily property manager.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
