We are a small family run company with locations throughout eastern Connecticut. We are looking for candidates who are interested in becoming Manager/Assistant manager in our growing company.
-Job Description
- Preparing/serving specialty espresso drinks/iced drinks/frozen drinks, as well as preparing breakfast/lunch sandwiches and other food items.
- Greeting and interacting with customers at the counter area
- Receiving/processing payments
- Maintaining cash drawers
- Stocking and cleaning stations
- Daily paperwork
- Run Daily deposits to bank
- Assistance in hiring and interviewing
Requirements
- Management Experience in Fast Food/Coffee Shop
- Warm, friendly, cheerful personality
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Able to stay focused on customers and processing accurate orders
- Follow/maintain cleaning and sanitation standards
- Follow policies/procedures as stated in Corporate Manual
- Serve-Safe Certified a plus
- Right candidate will have open availability and willingness to move locations as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
