Liberty Senior Living / The Barclay at SouthPark, is currently seeking an experienced Resident Services Valet Attendant
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Valet Attendant role based in Charlotte, NC. The Valet Attendant will provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents, families and guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles promptly and safely. The role includes managing the valet station, organizing parked vehicles, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, the role may involve supporting new team members with training, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor at all times. This full-time position is for Thursday through Sunday evenings from 3pm - 11pm, with the possibility of picking up extra shifts.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Valet Parking operations with a focus on vehicle safety and efficient handling
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with guests
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors
