Job Description:
The Barrington of Carmel, a premier senior living community, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Concierge. As a Concierge, you will play a key role in enhancing the resident experience by providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Resident Support: Assist residents with various requests, such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and providing information about community events.
Security and Access Control: Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring the safety and security of residents and guests.
Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry, managing mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle various responsibilities with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
