We’re a family owned and operated in-center ABA therapy service provider founded over 20 years ago by Tammy Cline-Soza, (MS, BCBA). What will your days look and feel like at TBE?
- Create a fun, safe, and therapeutic environment for all clients and staff.
- Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and conduct team meetings with staff and families.
- Develop, oversee and implement teaching strategies, programs, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise therapy sessions to provide high quality clinical feedback and training.
- Provide individualized treatment to ensure progress for assigned caseload.
- Provide regularly scheduled parent trainings and cultivate a treatment team approach.
- Collaborate and report to BCBAs, Clinical Leadership, and other departments to ensure smooth clinical and business operations.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists and RBTs.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA or related field
• Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred
• Previous supervisory experience
• Prior teaching or school consulting experience
• Experience in medical/behavioral/mental health/therapy related organization
• Informing Others, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills
• Is able to work independently and in a team environment
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Must have completed additional training and continuing education required to provide supervision to RBTs
• BCaBA certification *Not required for Supervisees
• CPR or BLS certification – online not accepted (within 90 days from hire)
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
• Communicates in a professional manner
• Analytical skills
• Able to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Team oriented
