Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Exempt
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR operations at our onsite facility. This is a high-impact role focused on employee relations, compliance, labor relations, and strategic HR initiatives in a unionized healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance
- Serve as a key advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Collaborate with union leadership and management on labor relations matters
- Ensure HR policies and procedures align with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.)
- Manage workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
- Maintain employee handbooks and organizational HR documentation
- Support DEI initiatives, employee engagement, and culture development
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) or master’s degree (preferred)
- 3–5 years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong grasp of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Prior experience in a unionized environment (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of workers' comp and unemployment procedures
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
