Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our team at the BTRC. As one of our therapists, you will play a vital role in providing individual and couples therapy to clients enrolled in our programs. This position offers a flexible hybrid working schedule with 2 days a week at our Bellevue office, competitive pay, and access to a supportive and collaborative community of clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Retain a minimum of 25 clients per week.
- Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and/or couples counseling sessions to clients, utilizing empirically supported therapeutic interventions.
- Participate in BTRC intensive programming as needed, facilitating group therapy sessions in collaboration with clinical staff.
- Develop measurable therapy goals and objectives, documenting services in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other clinical and administrative staff, adhering to industry ethical standards and practices.
- Administrative work includes client medical paperwork, attending team meetings and training, creating content to promote business operations and client intake, etc.
- Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Master's level degree or higher in a mental health-related field.
- 2 years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Valid Washington state license (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LPsy) and maintenance of professional licensure throughout employment
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or interest in developing skills in areas such as infidelity/betrayal trauma recovery, complex PTSD treatment, insecure attachment treatment, sex therapy, couples therapy, sexual health, and treatment of sex addiction/problematic sexual behaviors. Advanced training in an evidenced-based trauma therapy modality (ETT, EMDR, brainspotting, CPT).
Pay Rate: $55-$107 per clinical hour starting (rate dependent on license level and certifications) with additional pay for administrative time.
