What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOTEL FRONT DESK/GUEST SERVICES position at The Belltown Inn?

If you are looking for a hotel position where you stand at a terminal and repeat robotic statements, this may not be the property for you. We are a property with a dynamic, diverse team of individuals who know how to have fun at work, except for the Assistant General Manager, he’s a robot, we think he just powers down in the back office at night.

We promote a fun and professional working environment and need Team Players who know how to have fun, while maintaining a professional and inclusive environment. A few quotes from our recent guests:

"The Belltown Inn is a wonderful hotel and scores 5 stars in amazing service. This might not be a luxury hotel, but their friendly staff, from front desk to service staff, was so amazing. A great smile, friendliness, and kindness are much needed luxuries after a day of travel. The staff sets a high bar in service "

"The employees. The only reason why I would come back would be because of the employees. I work in the customer service industry and boy, they are amazing. They were so helpful and did it with a smile too. I appreciate the staff so much, you guys rock."

"Best front desk customer service anywhere plus central location that makes just about all attractions within walking distance. "
