Opportunity Snapshot
- Compensation: $25-30.00/hour
- Locations: Mentone, Texas
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours a week
- Assignment Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities
- Provide reception support, supply ordering, greeting clients, visitors and helping with meeting setup, cleanup, and other support as requested by office staff
- Coordinates with and provides support to other groups such as IT,HR, etc.
- Perform advanced skills required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception area
- Travel planning and expense reporting
- Vendor contact
- Management of budgets and cost management
- Helps support office space planning for department
- Office safety
- Establish constructive working relationships with business leadership
Qualifications
- An advanced knowledge of Windows is required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- 3 years experience is preferred
- Plant/refinery experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
