Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $45-60/hour
- Location: Vernal, UT
- Work Schedule: 9/80 - Mon-Thurs 9 hours, Friday 4 hours
- Assignment Duration: 6 months

- Seeking someone with experience in Office 365, setting up/terminating accounts, IT support and bringing technical support to both team in-office and in the field.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for many aspects of the company's information systems; including end-user support, system/network administration, and hardware and software administration
- May focus more on end-user support and less complex IT related duties. This position is a "generalist" in nature and may be found in smaller organizations with small information systems departments
- Daily responsibilities include re-imaging computers, working on software\hardware issues, light network support, managing inventory, legal paperwork, processing asset reassignments and returns
- Escalates problems not resolved within established service levels
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory incident closure, and updates and closes call records for work performed
- Ensure work is performed in accordance to company policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist with installing and de-installing software, PCs and peripherals as required
- Perform own work and provides assistance to others as directed
- Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization
- Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected
- 50 -300 users
Qualifications
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in an MIS field is desired
- Experience in setting up/terminating accounts
- Must possess basic desktop hardware knowledge, proficient use of Microsoft operating systems (Office 365), understand the basic use of Microsoft office suite and basic understanding of computer networking
- Experience in following areas a plus: MS Server 2016-2021 Admin, Remote desktop support, MS Office Applications in O365 environment, Sharepoint, inTune, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Application support, GGX, Kingdom, Aries, Piper, PipeSim, ArcMap, Carte EVin, License Servers, PowerShell scripting, Cisco IOS/Meraki Networking, SQL Server, SCADA Systems
