Job Description: Sales Representative- Princeton Territory
Status: Exempt
As an In Market Sales Representative, you will cultivate and grow on-premise & off-premise account relationships to maximize the sales of supplier brands through effective planning, selling execution, and communication with accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Call on accounts and cover daily route.
-Collaborate with management to create an established and efficient routing pattern.
-Analyze account inventory by visiting each account and identifying sales opportunities.
-Maintain sufficient inventory levels in accounts to prevent out of stocks and provide future growth.
-Analyze account inventory, using Encompass as a resource, for close-dated products and/or slow-moving products.
-Develop, grown and maintain relationships with current and future sales accounts.
-Achieve volume and distribution goals set by Beverage Market management.
-Develop knowledge and understanding of the portfolio of products offered.
-Work closely with Marketing & Events Director regarding upcoming account events.
-Attend events hosted by account or in area where event is held.
-Attend sales meetings and company events as scheduled.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record REQUIRED.
