Associate Director of Chapel Students
Vision: The Associate Director of Chapel Students provides focused leadership for the female students within Chapel Students, partnering closely with Pastor of Chapel Students HS and Pastor/Director of Chapel Students JH to support a healthy, aligned, and effective ministry for students in grades 7-12. This role helps translate vision into action by caring for female students, leaders, and families, and by strengthening the execution of girls-specific ministry environments, creating spaces where students are connected, shepherded and encouraged to thrive.
General Responsibilities:
- Champion and embody the mission of the church - to develop followers of Christ - and the vision of our student ministries with particular focus on the spiritual formation of girls in grades 7-12
- Partner closely with the Pastor of Chapel Students HS and Pastor/Director of Chapel Students JH to support ministry health and effectiveness for female students that integrates seamlessly within the broader Chapel Students ministry strategy
- Invest relationally in students, leaders, and families through consistent presence and intentional follow-up
- Support, encourage, and resource volunteer leaders to help them serve with confidence and clarity
- Assist in coordinating ministry rhythms, calendars, and schedules across Jr High and High School ministries
- Help plan, organize, and execute student ministry events, camps, and retreats.
- Teach in student ministry environments on occasions, supporting the teaching vision and direction set by the Pastor/Director of Chapel Students HS
- Support communication and follow-up with students, parents, and leaders in collaboration with ministry staff
- Help identify and address gaps or challenges in ministry processes that impact people and participation
- Provide leadership coverage and decision-making support during peak ministry seasons.
- Collaborate with the Chapel Students ministry team to foster healthy culture, teamwork, and alignment
- Most importantly, help create environments where female students and leaders feel supported, equipped, and able to grow
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for student ministry
- Strong relational skills with students, parents, and volunteers
- Proven ability to manage details with keeping people at the center
- Ability to balance flexibility with follow-through
- Collaborative, humble, and solution-oriented
- Agreement with The Bible Chapel Core Values and Beliefs
- Must be a Bible Chapel member or willing to become a member within 6 months of being hired
Spiritual Gifts: Leadership, Discernment, Encouragement, Administration, Wisdom
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with formal theological training preferred
Previous experience in student ministry leadership or church leadership
Time/Allocation: Full Time, salaried position with benefits
Accountability: Associate Director of Chapel Students is supervised by the Pastor of Chapel Students HS.

Salary : $52,500 - $62,500
