Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Logistics Coordinator - Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in MN, IA, ND, and SD.
- Dispatch drivers in accordance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Track and maintain all equipment, drivers and their hours of service
- Create and maximize capacity by ensuring use of equipment and driving staff
- Problem solving before the issues result in service failures
- Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job
- Rail billing
- Empty Returns
- Chassis pickup and drop locations
- Other job duties as assigned
Logistics Coordinator - Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or Marketing
- Transportation/Management experience or will train the right candidate
Logistics Coordinator - Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Computerized dispatch and record keeping
- Willingness to adapt to ever changing customer requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Tolerance to ambiguity
