We are currently looking for a Bartender for The Blake at (Community Name)
Primary Responsibilities of the Barista:
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
- Restock and replenish coffee shop inventory and supplies.
- Plan and prepare coffee shop menu, daily features, and specialty drinks.
- Insure that all residents and guest receive gracious hospitality and prompt service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- An excellent knowledge in the measuring, mixing, and garnishing of beverages is preferred.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent communication and language skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
