The Blue Mezze Bar is hiring Bussers with a strong work ethics to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests
- Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
- Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service
- Ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner and rendering a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Deep knowledge of food service
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
- Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
- 2-3 years experience in an upscale restaurant a must
- Experience in high-volume restaurants a plus
