What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Assistant position at The Boston Home Inc.?

The Resident Care Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist residents during the evening mealtime. They will:
- Assist with meal delivery and set up and help with feeding as necessary (training will be provided)
- Report on resident meal consumption, as necessary
- Assist resident after the meal (i.e. clearing the meal tray, and setting up resident with necessary items)
- Assist with filling resident water bottles and cups
- Perform simple water bottle cleaning protocols
- Answer resident call lights and assist residents, and/or report needs to nursing department as necessary
The schedule for this position is 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Work 2-5 days per week.
