This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a Data Analytics SME to support a Healthcare Call Center.
The mission of theData Analytics SME focuses on providing services and support to the Healthcare Call Center which supports transitioning military service members and/or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health (i.e., mental health or behavioral health) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care.
Work Location
This position is hybrid within the metro Washington DC region. You must be available to meet with the government customer as requested and you are required to attend in person and to present at a monthly Program Management Review (PMR) in the Washington DC area. There is no other in-office presence required with the exception of the occasional meeting with GTSC HQ staff at Chantilly, Virginia.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Must be DoD 8140.03 IA certified. A Security CE certification would be appropriate.
EDUCATION
- A bachelor's or master's degree and three years or more relevant experience in mental health data analytics or a related field (healthcare data analytics).
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of experience post-degree in mental health data/database management.
- At least one year of experience post-degree in analysis and presentation of program data.
- Three (3) years or more relevant experience in mental health data analytics or a related field (healthcare data analytics).
- Proficient in database management and/or statistical software such as Excel, Access, Stata, or SPSS. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Must be DoD 8140.03 IA certified. A Security CE certification would be appropriate.
