Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM system to support client engagement and sales operations.
- Provide tools & strategies to ensure sales channels achieve KPIs, including CLV, Retention, Reactivation, etc.
- Lead reporting, analytics, and process improvements across sales workflows.
- Provide training, documentation, and hands-on support for internal users.
- 3 years of CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred.
