Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our team in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning kitchens and equipment including ovens, grills, flat tops, basement and kitchen floors, drains, floor mats, and walls. As a team player, you'll be responsible for working alongside a team of cleaning personnel to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, following company procedures and policies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Cooperate with the cleaning team to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Handle project based work and on-demand requests from management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of standard sanitation practices and company cleaning standards.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning kitchens and equipment including ovens, grills, flat tops, basement and kitchen floors, drains, floor mats, and walls.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle project based work and on-demand requests from management.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
