MDS Coordinator- Full-Time or Part-Time
Full-Time – Includes 20 hours per week at The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and 20 hours per week at Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Part-Time – Includes 20 hours per week at The Brentwoodl
Join The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a member of Marquis Health Services as we are a preferred provider of post-acute and long-term care, fully aligned with the hospital, employee, and community needs in the markets served.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN or LPN)
- Current/active licensure for Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Prior MDS/RAI experience preferred
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing
- COVID-19 vaccination or agreement to vaccinate required for job offer.
