Monday to Friday
Weekends and Holidays, when necessary
Overtime available
- Ensure golf carts are charged, clean and fully stocked prior to next use
- Set up practice facilities (all ranges and short game)
- Load member golf bags when necessary in accordance with tee times
- Keep walkie-talkie ON PERSON to ensure communication with both inside and outside staff
- Routinely pick practice ranges/short game area and clean/return balls to ranges
- Maintain cart barn to highest standards of cleanliness and organization
- Complete other duties, as necessary (trash, sand bottles, etc.)
- Staff bag drop during operating hours to greet and assist members/guests upon arrival
- Clean members’ clubs at completion of round
- Report deviations of club policies to Professional Staff for them to take action
- Provide knowledge of golf standards and monitor the location of members and their guests
- Ability to learn members’ names and greet them
- Must either play golf or have worked in golf previously
- Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Able to lift 30-40 lbs
- General knowledge of golf operations is ideal, though not required
- A service-oriented mindset; project a sense of being approachable and professional
- Ability to be self-aware
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive
- A dedication to helping maintain golf facilities
- Must have valid drivers license
