Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining organization of TAR PTW work packages at the permit tent
During the TAR Execution, responsible to use the three days look ahead priority schedule at the beginning of each shift to ensure that all TAR PTW packages are available
Responsible for managing the flow of packages during the TAR execution
Responsible for verifying the requested task from the Craft is correct with the associated PTW Documentation
Responsible for completing and keeping all sections of the permit logbook updated and assure that all re-validations are completed within the two-hour window
Responsible for maintaining and logging the distribution of confined space rescue plans
Assists Operations in managing of Lock Box Process during shutdown phase and execution
Communicate issues to the TAR OMC and/or Lead Permit Coordinator
Maintain strict control and integrity of the TAR PTW packages
Works closely with Permit Issuer and Permit Receiver to assure efficient flow of TAR PTW packages
Ensuring that all blue permit and JHA carbon copies are returned to the permit tent
Re-validations
