Position Summary:
This position will require excellent direct and indirect customer service skills. Successful staffing coordinators are great with details and organization. They are good communicators, keep applicants and coworkers informed on the status of applicants. They continually update applicant information and focus on great customer service.
The staffing coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Primary Duties:
- Collect and review application and documentation required for hire
- Verify applicants employment eligibility with the company
- Schedule applicants for required training, drug screening, and backgrounds
- Communicate with applicants, co-workers, and jobsites the current hiring status.
- Collect and send out reports as required.
- Upload documents for processing.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Computer literacy
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Great organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Similar work with staffing, processing, or administrative duties.
