Job Title: Airport Custodial Supervisor**Location:** Greensboro, NC**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Full-time)**Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hourDo you have experience in custodial services and leadership skills? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Airport Custodial Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations at the airport in Greensboro, NC. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to lead a team in maintaining a clean and safe environment for airport staff and passengers.**Responsibilities:**- Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the airport- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleaning quality and address any issues or deficiencies promptly- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit requisitions as needed**Requirements:**- Previous experience in custodial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in commercial settings- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pmIf you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for maintaining cleanliness and leading a team, we would love to hear from you!To apply, please submit your resume and contact information.
